🌟 What is the CEE Program?
The CEE Program is a transformative year-long leadership development initiative designed for civil society leaders aged 21–27. The program empowers young visionaries with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to drive impactful change in their communities and beyond.
Whether you’re tackling climate change, promoting civic engagement, or innovating in education and health, CEE helps you turn passion into action through cross-sector collaboration and a global network of changemakers.
✨ Key Fellowship Components
1. Three-Month Practicum in the United States
CEE Fellows are matched with civil society organizations across the U.S. for a hands-on professional experience. This immersive practicum allows fellows to gain real-world insights and mentorship from leaders in the nonprofit and civic sectors.
2. Leadership and Civic Engagement Academy
Fellows engage in an intensive curriculum that covers key themes like community resilience, civic participation, and inclusion. The Academy includes:
- Face-to-face and virtual training
- Service learning
- Mentorship & coaching
- Network-building opportunities
3. Community Engagement Project (CEP)
During their time in the U.S., fellows design a Community Engagement Project (CEP) that they will implement upon returning to their home countries. These projects focus on solving critical local challenges with innovative solutions developed during the fellowship.
4. CEP Exchange
To expand impact globally, select U.S. hosts and CEE experts travel to fellows’ home countries to support the implementation of CEPs. These reciprocal exchanges promote mutual learning and amplify the global impact of each project.
