Your Role
The Associate Program Officer will support the Education Pathways team in developing systems that help students successfully transition from high school to college, career, and beyond. The role involves managing two key portfolios:
- Pathways National Portfolio: Enhancing collaboration, shared strategies, and best practices across the national education pathways field.
- Pathways Public Goods Practice: Developing evidence-based tools, diagnostics, and learning networks to support effective student pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration and decision-making across teams focused on math pathways reform.
- Manage external meetings, partner relationships, and programming events.
- Analyze data from grants, contracts, and partners to inform decision-making.
- Draft essential documents, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide expert project management, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables.
- Maintain crucial documentation and ensure compliance with governance processes.
- Support an inclusive workplace culture and address challenges proactively.
Who Qualifies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Familiarity with high school and postsecondary math pathways reform.
- Strong communication skills with experience analyzing data and research.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and solve complex problems.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
