✅ Key Responsibilities

• Maintain MyHR payroll master data and reconcile monthly payrolls
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and liaise with vendors
• Ensure timely payments and generate accurate payroll reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement payroll best practices
• Archive and manage payroll records in line with data protection policies
• Support audit processes and vendor payment operations
• Prepare financial journals, statutory filings, and compliance reports

🛠️ Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, or related field
• Language: Excellent verbal & written English
• Experience:
  • Proven experience handling confidential employee data
  • Experience working with MyHR or similar global HR systems
  • Payroll delivery across multiple countries (preferred)
  • Strong reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills

💡 Experience with automation in payroll and working in multinational organizations is a plus!
