✅ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain MyHR payroll master data and reconcile monthly payrolls
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and liaise with vendors
- Ensure timely payments and generate accurate payroll reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement payroll best practices
- Archive and manage payroll records in line with data protection policies
- Support audit processes and vendor payment operations
- Prepare financial journals, statutory filings, and compliance reports
🛠️ Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, or related field
- Language: Excellent verbal & written English
- Experience:
- Proven experience handling confidential employee data
- Experience working with MyHR or similar global HR systems
- Payroll delivery across multiple countries (preferred)
- Strong reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
💡 Experience with automation in payroll and working in multinational organizations is a plus!
