About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Write impactful speeches, op-eds, and editorial pieces for top executives
✔ Collaborate with teams across global programs to align messaging with strategic priorities
✔ Conduct thorough research to ensure messaging accuracy and credibility
✔ Adapt writing style to reflect the unique voices of senior leadership
✔ Work within tight deadlines while managing stakeholder feedback
✔ Occasionally coordinate freelance and contractor contributions
✔ Travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) to gather insights and engage with stakeholders

Qualifications:
✅ Required:
📌 5+ years of experience in speechwriting, executive communications, or a related field
📌 Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, political science, or equivalent experience
📌 Proven ability to craft engaging and persuasive narratives
📌 Expertise in ghostwriting and adapting content for different leadership voices
📌 Strong research skills, especially in policy, philanthropy, or global development
📌 Experience managing communications in a complex, global organization
📌 Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
✅ Preferred:
🔹 Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or government agencies
🔹 Knowledge of digital storytelling and content strategy
🔹 Familiarity with global health, climate change, and development initiatives
🔹 Multilingual proficiency (a plus but not required)
