Program Highlights
🌎 Three-Month U.S. Practicum

Participate in interactive workshops, service learning activities, mentoring sessions, and leadership coaching designed to sharpen your civic innovation skills.
🌱 Community Engagement Projects (CEPs)
While in the U.S., you’ll design a project addressing a real-world issue in your home community. Upon returning, you’ll implement your project with ongoing support from the CEE network.
🔄 CEP Exchange
Select U.S. hosts and CEE specialists will later travel to fellows’ home countries to collaborate on project execution, creating a two-way global learning experience.

Who Can Apply?
Eligible Countries:
🌍 Africa: Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zimbabwe
🌍 Middle East & North Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestinian Territories, Tunisia
Basic Eligibility:
- Be aged 21–27 at the time of application.
- Have at least two years of experience in civil society engagement (volunteering or professional work).
- Be a citizen and current resident of an eligible country.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English (selected applicants will take the Duolingo English Test).
- Show commitment to leadership, innovation, and positive community change.
