LEAP Africa is now accepting applications for the 2025 Leadership Accelerator Programme, a transformative initiative designed to bridge the gender gap in leadership across Africa. This fully funded program provides career-boosting training, mentorship, and hands-on leadership experience to high-potential women working in corporate environments.

Program Structure

🔹 Step 1: Free Digital Course (3 weeks)
Participants begin with a self-paced 10-module online course addressing key challenges that hinder women’s career advancement. The curriculum is based on insights from a 200+ respondent survey, ensuring relevance to real-world workplace experiences.

🔹 Step 2: In-Person Leadership Training (1 week)
A select group of women who successfully complete the online course will be invited to an immersive training session designed to accelerate their professional growth and equip them with leadership competencies to thrive in their industries.

🔹 Step 3: Capstone Project
After training, participants will develop and execute a personal leadership project based on their career aspirations. These projects will be featured on LEAP Leadership Institute’s platforms to inspire other female professionals.

🔹 Step 4: Mentorship Program (3 months)
Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide personalized guidance on career progression, leadership skills, and personal growth. Regular monthly check-ins ensure that mentorship objectives are successfully achieved.
